It appears that your monitor's screen resolution is not set for correct viewing of the SCRABBLE at SUBWAY® game. Your resolution may be set for 800 x 600. Here's how to change your screen resolution:

1. Open up the "Start Menu"
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select "Control Panel" from the drop-down menu
4. Double-click on "Display" icon
5. Click on the "Settings" tab
6. In the "Screen Resolution" area, click and drag the status bar to 1024x768
7. Click "Apply" then OK.

You will need to log in again. Selecting "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site" should prevent this from happening each time.

Yes. You can move Letter Tiles around the Game Board until you submit a Winning Word. However, please note that the Letters "D," "I," "L," "O," and "R" can be used for multiple words.
