TIMING: Starting August 17, 2009 at 08:00:01 AM Central Time (CT) and ending October 4, 2009 at 10:59:59 PM CT, or until supplies of Official Game Pieces ("Official Game Pieces") are depleted, whichever occurs first ("Game Piece Collection Period"). Collect & Win and Online Instant Win Game Pieces must be entered into play between 08:00:01 AM CT on August 17, 2009 and 10:59:59 PM CT on October 18, 2009 ("Online Game Period"). ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, or Washington, D.C., and be thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of registration. or participation (except residents of Maine, who need to be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration or participation). Free Internet access is available at many public libraries. Individuals in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after August 1, 2009, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust (SFAFT) (the "Sponsor"), SUBWAY® restaurants, Doctor's Associates Inc., Hasbro Inc., Fuze Beverages LLC, Frito-Lay, Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Electronic Arts, Inc., Foot Locker Retail, Inc., d/b/a Champs Sports®, Live Nation®, Beaches® Resorts, or their parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively with the entities in 2(a), the "Promotion Entities"); ,and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (defined as those who live in the same household for at least three (3) of the twelve (12) months preceding the start of the Game Piece Collection Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories. 3. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE: (to participate without purchase, see Rule #3.1.b below). A total of 128,000,000 Official Game Pieces (and 225,000,000 Official Mystery Letter Codes - see Rule #3.1.a.ii below) will be available for distribution. Each Official Game Piece consists of two parts: an "In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Piece" and a "Collect & Win and Online Instant Win Game Piece." Sponsor reserves the right to give away Collect & Win and/or Online Instant Win Game Codes through advertising channels other than as specified herein (including, but not limited to, food packaging, free-standing inserts, various print media, and/or online media) at Sponsor's own discretion. Official Game Piece, any portion of an Official Game Piece, any Unique Game Code and/or any Official Mystery Letter Code may not be transferred, duplicated or shared. Official Game Pieces, any Unique Game Codes and/or any Official Mystery Letter Codes are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules through legitimate channels; or if any part of the Official Game Piece, any Unique Game Code and/or Official Mystery Letter Code is determined by the judging organization to be illegible, reproduced, counterfeited, mutilated, transferred, sold, exchanged, or obtained online, or at a live auction, tampered with in any way, or marked improperly; or if any Official Game Piece, any Unique Game Code and/or Official Mystery Letter Code, and/or promotion-related materials contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical errors, or any errors in any way; or which were obtained from a person ineligible to participate. 3.1. How to obtain an official Game Piece: There are two ways to get an Official Game Piece and/or an Official Mystery Letter Code.
During the Game Piece Collection Period, at any participating SUBWAY® restaurant:
3.1.a.i. Get one (1) Official Game Piece when you purchase any specially marked 21 oz. fountain drink, 32 oz. fountain drink, or 44 oz. fountain drink ("Participating Products"), while supplies last. The 32 oz. and 44 oz. fountain drink cups will feature an "Extra Play" (i.e., two (2) In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Pieces and two (2) Collect & Win and Online Instant Win Game Pieces instead of one of each), plus one (1) "Bonus Reward" (consisting of a 20% off discount coupon to be used at participating Champs Sports Stores and www.champssports.com, per the terms included below*). 3.1.a.ii Get one (1) Official Mystery Letter Code when you purchase any sandwich, while supplies of specially marked sandwich wrappers last. Specially marked sandwich wrappers will feature a special code (the "Official Mystery Letter Code"). Official Mystery Letter Codes are not unique and can be redeemed online for up to a maximum of four (4) Collect & Win Game letters per registered user, with a maximum of one (1) letter per calendar day, and one (1) Online Instant Win Game play. Letters available for redemption with an Official Mystery Letter Code are "R", "O", "U" and "L". Mystery Letters are assigned in random order; however, you will not receive the same letter more than once. A Mystery Letter code will also allow you to play the online Instant Win Game for every Mystery Letter code entered for a maximum of four (4) Instant Win Game plays. 3.3 How to play the "In-Restaurant Instant Win Game": Carefully peel the In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Piece from its backing or from the Participating Product to which it is affixed. If the In-Restaurant Instant Win portion of your Official Game Piece reads "You've Won!", then that portion of the Official Game Piece will contain instructions for the redemption of the prize named: either in-store, online or by phone, depending on the prize. Food and beverage prizes may be redeemed at a participating SUBWAY® restaurant on a future order for the prize named, subject to verification and participant's compliance with these Official Rules. All other In-Restaurant Instant Win Game prizes cannot be redeemed in SUBWAY® restaurants, so hold on to your winning Official Game Piece (do not give it to a Sandwich Artist™) and See Rule #5 for details on how to claim your prize.
3.4. How to play the "Collect & Win Game": There are two ways to play the Collect & Win Game.
3.4.a. If you have Internet access: Carefully peel the Collect & Win Game Piece from its backing or from the Participating Product to which it is affixed. You must retain the Collect & Win Game Piece in order to play and claim Collect & Win prizes. Each Collect & Win Game Piece will feature a specific letter tile ("Letter Tile") with a unique alpha numeric code ("Unique Game Code") printed beneath. Each Unique Game Code can be entered into play only once, and may not be shared or transferred. During the Online Game Period, visit www.subwayfreshbuzz.com and click on the "SCRABBLE at SUBWAY®" button to register and play. All participants must read and accept the full Official Rules and will receive an e-mail acknowledging their registration. You will need Adobe Flash Player 9.0.28 or higher to play the Collect & Win Game and Online Instant Win Game. If you do not have Adobe Flash Player 9.0.28 or higher, your browser will automatically be directed to a Web site where you may download the latest version for free. If you need to upgrade but your browser does not automatically direct you to the Web site, visit www.Adobe.com for help. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of any online participant, the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. After the registration process is complete, the participant's Official SCRABBLE at SUBWAY® Game Board ("Game Board") will appear on the screen. Participants returning to the site to play must enter their e-mail address and password to log-in and gain access to their individual Game Board with any Letter Tiles previously entered into play as well as any Letter Tiles waiting to be played in their tile tray ("Tile Tray"). Participant must enter the Unique Game Code printed on the right hand "Collect & Win" side on their Official Game Piece. Upon submitting the Unique Game Code, the participant will see confirmation of the letter they have received and it will be added to their Tile Tray. They will be asked to spin the Online Instant Win Game wheel. After the wheel spins, the user will receive an "Online Instant Win Game" message informing the participant if he/she is a potential winner of an Online Instant Win Game prize (see below for "How to Play the Online Instant Win Game"). The participant must provide their contact information on a claim form, including address, city, state, and phone number. (If the participant has previously claimed a non-food prize, they will not have to provide this information again.) An email confirmation including an "authorization number" ("Play Receipt") will be automatically e-mailed to the address you provided in the registration process. This email will confirm the results of your Winning Word claim, the prize you may have won (pending verification and compliance with these Official Rules), and how the prize will be fulfilled.
3.4.b. If you do not have Internet access: You can obtain a free offline Game Board at any participating SUBWAY® restaurant through October 4, 2009 or while supplies last. When you have collected the appropriate Letter Tiles and have formed a valid Winning Word, call 1-800-873-0577 by the end of the Online Game Period and an operator will provide you instructions on how to claim your prize.
3.5. How to play the "Online Instant Win Game:" During the Online Game Period, every time you enter a valid Unique Game Code or an Official Mystery Letter Code, whether as a first time registrant or a returning participant, you will automatically be entered for a chance to win an Online Instant Win Game prize. The Unique Game Code is not used to determine winners; instead, Online Instant Win Game prizes are randomly time-selected throughout the Online Game Period and awarded to the first person who plays on or after the time the prize is randomly selected. The time of day when you play the Online Instant Win Game during the Game Piece Collection Period (as recorded by the Web site technology) and the number of entries received will solely determine whether or not you are a potential winner. When you enter your Unique Game Code, you will be prompted to click "Spin" to activate the Instant Win Game wheel. The game wheel will indicate the prize won or if the spin results in a loss. If you are a potential winner, you must provide your contact information on a claim form, including address, city, state and phone number. (If the participant has previously won a prize, either in the online game or by claiming an in-store prize, they will not have to provide this information again.). After completing and submitting the claim form screen, you will see a winning message with additional information about your win, including an authorization number. This will confirm the results of your game play, the prize won (subject to verification and the participant's compliance with these Official Rules) and how the prize will be fulfilled. If you do not have Internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts. In order to win an Instant Win prize you must enter via the Internet.
3.6 Prize Limitations: There is a limit of five (5) prizes a person can win in the Promotion, with the following two exceptions:

Limit of one (1) prize: Top four prizes ($100,000, Toyota 3rd Generation Prius Vehicle, Beaches® Resorts Vacations, and Live Nation® VIP Concert Experience - see rule #4 below for prize details) and 90-Day 24HOUR Fitness® One-Club Membership: a single entrant is allowed to win only one (1), regardless of whether they enter the In-Restaurant Instant Win Game, Collect & Win Game or the Online Instant Win Game. For example, an entrant winning a $100,000 prize cannot win a second $100,000 prize, nor can he/she win a Toyota Prius Vehicle, or a Beaches® Resorts Vacation Package prize or a Live Nation® VIP Concert Experience.
3.6.ii. No limitation of prizes: there is no limit to the number of the prizes a single entrant is allowed to win from the following categories:

4.a. In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Prizes Available: At the outset of the Promotion, the prizes available to be won are:
4.a.i. TOYOTA PRIUS (6): Six (6) In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Prizes will be available and each offers winner one (1) 2010 Model Year Toyota Prius ("Vehicle"). Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of each winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. If a suitably equipped model of the Prize Vehicle is not available at the time of Promoter's requested delivery date pursuant to the terms hereunder, a 2010 or subsequent model year Toyota vehicle of equal or greater value will be substituted as determined by comparing the manufacturer's suggested retail prices of the Vehicles. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicles including but not limited to their quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Winners (or such winners' parents or legal guardian, if winner is an eligible participant but a minor in his/her state of residence) must have proof of a valid U.S. driver's license from their state or place of residence in the United States as well as evidence of legally required insurance to take delivery of Vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture. 5. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

To claim an In-Restaurant Instant Win Game prize for a non-food-or-beverage item, enter your Unique Game Code online at www.subwayfreshbuzz.com (if you still haven't registered, you would need to do so in order to claim your prize). After completing and submitting the claim form screen, you will see an authorization number (which will also be automatically e-mailed to the address you provided in the registration process). This will confirm the validation of your Unique Game Code, the prize won (subject to verification and the participant's compliance with these Official Rules) and how the prize will be fulfilled. If you do not have internet access you may call 1-800-873-0577 no later than 10:59:59 PM CT, October 18, 2009 (end of Online Game Period). You will receive instructions, either online or over the phone for how to claim a prize. You will be required to submit your In-Restaurant Instant Win Official Game Piece in order to claim a non-food-or-beverage In-Restaurant Instant Win Game prize.
5.b. Online Instant Win Game Prizes: After the winner eligibility verification process is conducted, all prizes with a value of $599 or less will be mailed or e-mailed (in the case of MyCokeRewards.com or Club Pogo prizes) to the winner's residential address or e-mail address as provided in the online registration form. Potential winners of prizes with a value of $600 or more will be contacted via a traceable method of delivery with instructions for how to claim the prize.
5.c. Collect & Win Game Prizes: After the winner eligibility verification process is conducted, all prizes with a value of $599 or less will be mailed to the winner's residential address as provided in the online registration form. Potential winners of prizes with a value of $600 or more will be contacted via a traceable method of delivery with instructions for how to claim the prize. All potential winners of the Grand, First, Second, and Third Collect & Win Game Prizes will be required to mail in (registered mail recommended) the Collect & Win Game Pieces (Official Mystery Letter Codes are optional) that spell the Winning Word for the prize they are claiming no later than December 31, 2009, along with their name and full address, telephone number (including area code) and date of birth. Game Pieces must be mailed to SCRABBLE at SUBWAY® Game Piece verification, P.O Box 4001, South Bend, IN 46634-4001. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures of game play etc.) and/or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery/receipt. Prize claims must be timely received, legible and otherwise in compliance with these rules to be eligible for prize.
5.d All Prizes: Allow six to eight weeks (or longer, for Toyota Prius prizes) for verification and shipment of your prize. Sponsor and Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prizes for any reason outside of their control. Prizes will only be delivered to verified winners. Prizes will be delivered only to street addresses in the United States or Washington, D.C. Prizes will not be delivered to P.O. boxes. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Prizes won with a value greater than $600 by persons who are eligible entrants but considered minors in his/her state of residence will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or in the event that a prize confirmation or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. Before being declared a winner, potential winner (or parent/legal guardian where applicable) may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and an IRS W-9 form within seven (7) business days from the time it is postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor or its representative, or the prize will be forfeited. Applicable taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ALL PRIZEWINNERS: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, and statements relating to the Promotion or Sponsor or Promotion Entities, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
6. By participating, participants: (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and/or promotion judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Participants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
7. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible or incomplete postage-due mail or requests. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures of game play, etc.) and/or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor and in no case shall be returned to sender.
8. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant (and void all of their associated entries and entitlement to any prize) if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means).
9. As a condition of participating, participants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree: (a) to release Sponsor and Promotion Entities, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Promotion or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto, (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.
PROMOTION OPERATION:
10. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion.
11. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to; (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, Web sites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion.
DISCLOSURES:
12. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prize(s) won.
13. If a dispute arises relating to prizes won with respect to the online portion of the Promotion, a combination of factors will be assessed in determining if you are in fact eligible to win a prize, including: (a) the Play Receipt and/or authorization number, and its corresponding play data in the Promotion database will be reviewed to determine the legitimacy of the claim; (b) The Promotion judges will be consulted to compare the pre-generated game data with the game play data you are presenting or have generated. For both online and In-Restaurant portions of the promotion, ultimately it will be the results of the Promotion judges' analysis which will determine your entitlement to any prize. The review of any such dispute will commence no sooner than two weeks following the Promotion end date noted herein. For both online and In-Restaurant portions of the promotion, in the event the Promotion judges' analysis reveals valid prize claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules, then Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing amongst all eligible prize claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed, to award the remaining number of advertised prizes in the prize category in question. For both online and In-Restaurant portions of the promotion, prizes will stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of an error (including, but not limited to, printing or technical errors) respecting the number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the prize category in question.
14. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The AAA arbitrator is hereby instructed to give due consideration to the AAA fee waiver provisions, if applicable, in light of the claimant's financial situation.
15. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
16. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to Connecticut conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Kensington, Connecticut for the resolution of any disputes about the Promotion or these Official Rules.
17. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.

3.4. Cómo jugar al "juego Colecciona y Gana": Existen dos formas de jugar a este juego.
3.4.a. Si tiene acceso a Internet: Con cuidado, desprenda la Pieza de juego Colecciona y Gana de su parte trasera o del Producto participante al cual está adherida. Deberá conservar la Pieza de juego Colecciona y Gana para poder jugar y reclamar los premios Colecciona y Gana. Cada Pieza de juego Colecciona y Gana presentará una ficha de letra específica ("Ficha de letra") con un código alfanumérico único ("Código Único de Juego") impreso abajo. Cada Código Único de Juego se puede ingresar para jugar solamente una vez y no puede compartirse ni transferirse. Durante el Período de juego en línea, visite www.subwayfreshbuzz.com y haga clic en la tecla "SCRABBLE at SUBWAY®" ("SCRABBLE en SUBWAY®") para registrarse y jugar. En caso de conflicto con respecto a la identidad de un participante en línea, se considerará al Titular de cuenta autorizado de la dirección de correo electrónico utilizada para el registro como el participante. El "Titular de cuenta autorizado" es la persona física a la cual un proveedor de acceso a Internet, un proveedor de servicio en línea u otra organización a cargo de asignar correo electrónico para el dominio asociado con la dirección presentada, le asignó una dirección de correo electrónico. Es posible que todo ganador potencial deba mostrar el comprobante de que es un Titular de cuenta autorizado. Después de finalizar el proceso de registro, aparecerá en pantalla el Tablero de juego oficial de SCRABBLE™ en SUBWAY® (“Tablero de juego”) del participante. Los participantes que regresen al sitio para jugar deben ingresar su correo electrónico y contraseña para iniciar sesión y obtener acceso a su Tablero de juego individual con cualquier Ficha de letra previamente ingresada para jugar, así como también cualquier Ficha de letra que espere jugarse en su bandeja de fichas (“Bandeja de fichas”). Al enviar el Código Único de Juego, el participante verá la confirmación de la letra que haya recibido y ésta se agregará a su Bandeja de fichas. Se le pedirá que gire la rueda del juego Gana al Instante en Línea. Después de que gire la rueda, el usuario recibirá un mensaje de "juego Gana al Instante en Línea" que le informará al participante si es un potencial ganador de un premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea (ver abajo "Cómo jugar al juego Gana al Instante en Línea"). Las Fichas de letras también se pueden obtener si se ingresa un "Código oficial de letra sorpresa" (ver Regla N.º 3.1.a.ii anterior). El participante debe arrastrar y colocar cada Ficha de letra ingresada sobre una letra que coincida en el Tablero de juego que esté activa y abierta para jugar. Cada Ficha de letra ingresada para jugar se almacenará en el archivo de registro del participante y aparecerá en el Tablero de juego del participante o en la Bandeja de fichas cada vez que el participante inicie sesión para jugar. Las Fichas de letra ingresadas para jugar se pueden mover a cualquier espacio activo del Tablero de juego y colocarse sobre una letra que coincida en cualquier momento, hasta que el participante complete una "Palabra ganadora" y envíe esa Palabra ganadora para su verificación. Cada Ficha de letra que sea parte de una Palabra ganadora enviada para verificación ya no será elegible para utilizarla en la creación de posteriores Palabras ganadoras. Las Palabras ganadoras del juego Colecciona y Gana pueden encontrarse en el Tablero de juego y en la Regla N.º 4.c de estas Reglas oficiales, junto con las probabilidades de coleccionar combinaciones y premios de Palabra ganadora asociados con cada combinación de Palabra ganadora. Si un participante colecciona todas las Piezas de juego Colecciona y Gana necesarias para armar una Palabra ganadora, colocó todas las Fichas de letra correspondientes en sus espacios adecuados en el Tablero de juego para completar una Palabra ganadora, y confirmó que desea enviar su Palabra ganadora para verificación (ver Norma N.º 5.c para detalles), el participante es el ganador potencial del premio correspondiente a esa Palabra ganadora, sujeto a verificación y al cumplimiento con estas Reglas oficiales. El participante deberá ingresar su información de contacto en un formulario de reclamo e incluir su dirección, ciudad, estado y número telefónico. (Si el participante ya ha reclamado antes un premio no comestible, no tendrá necesidad de ingresar esta información otra vez). Se enviará por correo electrónico automáticamente una confirmación que incluirá un "número de autorización" ("Recibo de juego") a la dirección que usted suministró en el proceso de registro. Este correo electrónico confirmará los resultados de su reclamo de Palabra ganadora, el premio que puede haber ganado (pendiente de verificación y cumplimiento con estas Reglas oficiales) y la forma de entregar el premio
3.4.b. Si no tiene acceso a Internet: Puede obtener un Tablero de juego no en línea gratuito en cualquier restaurante SUBWAY® hasta el 4 de octubre de 2009 o hasta agotar existencias. Cuando haya recolectado las Fichas de letra correspondientes y haya formado una Palabra ganadora válida, llame al 1-800-873-0577 antes de que finalice el Período de juego en línea, y un operador le brindará instrucciones sobre cómo reclamar su premio.
3.5. Cómo jugar al "juego Gana al Instante en Línea": Durante el Período de juego en línea, cada vez que ingrese un Código Único de Juego o un Código de Letra Sorpresa Oficial —ya sea si se registra por primera vez o si es un participante registrado—, automáticamente ingresará para una posibilidad de ganar un premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea. El Código Único de Juego no se usa para determinar ganadores; en cambio, los premios del juego Gana al Instante en Línea se seleccionan al azar durante el Período de juego en línea, y se premia a la primera persona que juega en ese momento o después de que el premio se selecciona al azar. El momento del día en que usted juegue al juego Gana al Instante en Línea durante el Período de recolección de Piezas de juego (registrado por la tecnología del sitio Web) y la cantidad de entradas recibidas solamente determinarán si usted es o no un ganador potencial. Cuando ingrese su Código único de juego, se le indicará que haga clic en “Girar” para activar la rueda del juego Gane al instante. Si usted es un ganador potencial, deberá indicar su información de contacto en un formulario de reclamo, e incluir su dirección, ciudad, estado y número telefónico. (Si el participante ya ganó un premio antes, en el juego en línea, o si reclamó un premio en la tienda, no será necesario que brinde esta información otra vez). Después de completar y enviar la pantalla de formulario de reclamo, verá un mensaje de ganador con información adicional sobre lo que ganó, incluido un número de autorización. Esto confirmará los resultados de su juego, el premio que ganó (sujeto a verificación y al cumplimiento del participante con estas Reglas oficiales) y cómo se entregará el premio. El participante también recibirá un correo electrónico con esta información.
Si no tiene acceso a Internet por una computadora personal, hay disponibles bibliotecas locales o cafés con Internet donde podrá acceder a Internet, y varios proveedores de servicios de Internet y otras empresas ofrecen cuentas de correo electrónico gratuitas. Para ganar un premio Gane al instante, debe ingresar a Internet.
3.6 Límites de premios: Existe un límite de cinco (5) premios que puede ganar una persona en la Promoción, con las siguientes dos excepciones:
3.6.i. Límite de un (1) premio: Los primeros cuatro premios ($100,000, un vehículo Toyota 3rd Generation Prius, vacaciones en los centros turísticos Beaches® Resorts y una experiencia en el concierto Live Nation® VIP; vea la Regla N.º 4 a continuación para saber los detalles de premios) y una afiliación al 24HOUR Fitness® One-Club por 90 días: Un solo participante puede ganar solamente uno (1), independientemente de si ingresa al juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante, juego Colecciona y Gana, o juego Gana al Instante en Línea. Por ejemplo, un participante que gana un premio de $100,000 no puede ganar un segundo premio de $100,000, ni puede ganar un vehículo Toyota Prius o un paquete de vacaciones en los centros turísticos Beaches® Resorts o una experiencia en el concierto Live Nation® VIP.
3.6.ii. Sin límites de premios: No existe límite en la cantidad de premios que puede ganar un participante, en las siguientes categorías:
4. PREMIOS Y PROBABILIDADES DE GANAR:
4.a. Premios disponibles del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante: Al inicio de la Promoción, los premios que se pueden ganar son los siguientes:
4.a.i. TOYOTA PRIUS (6): Seis (6) Premios de juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante estarán disponibles, y cada uno ofrece al ganador un (1) Toyota Prius modelo 2010 ("Vehículo"). El vehículo se entregará con equipo estándar; todas las renovaciones y opciones serán a cuenta exclusiva de cada ganador. El color, paquete, opciones de fábrica y demás especificaciones del premio serán determinados por el Patrocinador y sujetos a disponibilidad. El patrocinador no brinda ni es responsable de ninguna manera de cualquier garantía o representación, expresa o implícita, de hecho o derecho, relativa a los Vehículos, incluidos, entre otros, su calidad, adecuación al propósito o condición mecánica. Los ganadores (o los padres o tutores legales de dichos ganadores, en caso de que el ganador sea un participante elegible pero menor de edad en su estado de residencia) deben tener prueba de una licencia de conducir válida en los EE. UU. de su estado o lugar de residencia en los Estados Unidos, así como evidencia del seguro requerido legalmente para recibir el Vehículo; si no presenta dichos documentos, puede perder el derecho al premio. PAQUETE DE PREMIO DE VACACIONES EN LOS CENTROS TURÍSTICOS BEACHES RESORTS (60): Estarán disponibles sesenta (60) premios del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante, y cada uno ofrece al ganador un (1) Paquete de premio de vacaciones en los centros turísticos Beaches Resorts, que incluye un certificado de premio Beaches Resorts válido por una estadía de 5 días y 4 noches para dos (2) adultos y dos (2) niños menores de 15 años de edad O un viaje para tres (3) adultos y un (1) niño menor de 15 años de edad a Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages and Spa en Providenciales, Turks & Caicos (sujeto a disponibilidad); y un pasaje aéreo ida y vuelta para el ganador y los acompañantes desde el aeropuerto importante más cercano a la residencia del ganador (aeropuerto, aerolínea y clase del pasaje aéreo a criterio exclusivo del Patrocinador) hasta el destino elegido. 4.a.vi. JUEGO APPLE MARCA SCRABBLE (1,000): Estarán disponibles mil (1,000) premios del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante, y cada uno ofrece al ganador un (1) juego Apple de la marca SCRABBLE. (Valor minorista aproximado: $9.99 cada uno). Probabilidades de ganar el premio: 1:128,000

(10,250,000): Estarán disponibles diez millones doscientos cincuenta mil (10,250,000) premios del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante, y cada uno ofrece al ganador un (1) refresco FUZE® de 21 onzas. (Valor minorista aproximado: $1.39 cada uno). Probabilidades de ganar el premio: 1:12.
4.a.xi. BOCADILLO SUNCHIPS® MULTIGRANO CON CHIPOTLE PICANTE O CUALQUIER PRODUCTO DE FRITO-LAY (6,150,000): Estarán disponibles seis millones ciento cincuenta mil (6,150,000) premios del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante, y cada uno ofrece al ganador una (1) bolsa de bocadillo SUNCHIPS® multigrano de chipotle picante o cualquier producto de Frito-Lay®. (Valor minorista aproximado: $0.99 cada uno). Probabilidades de ganar el premio: 1:21.
4.a.xii. GALLETA SUBWAY® (20,500,000): Estarán disponibles veinte millones quinientos mil (20,500,000) premios del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante, y cada uno ofrece al ganador una (1) galleta SUBWAY®. (Valor minorista aproximado: $0.49 cada uno). Probabilidades de ganar el premio: 1:6
TODOS LOS PREMIOS DEL JUEGO GANE AL INSTANTE EN EL RESTAURANTE: La cantidad de premios disponibles para ganar disminuye a medida que los premios se solicitan durante la Promoción. Valor minorista aproximado total de todos los premios Gana al Instante en el Restaurante: $43,467,027.50.
4.b. Premios del juego Gana al Instante en Línea: Las probabilidades de ganar un premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea dependen de la cantidad total de inscripciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período del juego en línea y la hora en la que ingresan durante el Período del juego en línea. Las jugadas ganadoras potenciales se seleccionan al azar (en intervalos de aproximadamente un (1) segundo) durante el Período del juego en línea. Los premios del juego Gana al Instante en Línea se otorgan al primer participante que ingresa su Código Único de Juego o su Código de Letra Sorpresa Oficial en el momento o después de que se selecciona al azar el premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea, según lo registre la tecnología del sitio Web de la Promoción. Al comienzo de la Promoción, los premios del juego Gana al Instante en Línea disponibles para ganar son los siguientes:
4.b.i. $100,000 EN DINERO EFECTIVO (1): Estará disponible un (1) premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea que ofrece al ganador $100,000.00, que se otorgarán en forma de cheque pagadero al ganador o a uno de sus padres o al tutor legal, en caso de que el ganador sea un participante elegible pero menor de edad en su estado de residencia. (Valor minorista aproximado: $100,000.00).
4.b.ii. TOYOTA PRIUS (1): Estará disponible un (1) premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea que ofrece al ganador un (1) Toyota Prius modelo 2010 ("Vehículo"). El vehículo se entregará con el equipo estándar; las mejoras y opciones serán a cuenta exclusiva de cada ganador. El Patrocinador determinará el color, el paquete, las opciones de fábrica y otras especificaciones del premio, que estarán sujetas a disponibilidad. Si no hay disponible un modelo adecuadamente equipado del Vehículo estipulado en el premio en el momento de la fecha de entrega solicitada por el Promotor conforme a los términos del presente, se lo reemplazará por un vehículo Toyota año 2010 o posterior de igual o mayor valor según se determine comparando los precios minoristas de Vehículos que sugiera el fabricante. El participante recibirá el premio sólo si reúne todas las condiciones necesarias y cumple a cabalidad con estas Reglas oficiales. A solicitud del Patrocinador, se deberá entregar las Piezas de juego original del juego Colecciona y Gana y Gana al Instante en Línea con Código Único de Juego, y Códigos de Letra Sorpresa Oficiales, para poder reclamar un premio del juego Gana al Instante en Línea o Colecciona y Gana. Los ganadores aceptan que ni el Patrocinador ni las Entidades de la promoción, ni sus directores, empleados o agentes son o pueden ser en alguna forma, responsables de ninguna representación o garantía, ya sea explícita o implícita, de hecho o de derecho, en relación con cualquier premio, incluyendo, entre otras, su calidad, condición mecánica o adecuación para un fin particular. 5. CÓMO RECLAMAR SU PREMIO
5.a. Premios del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante: No es necesario realizar alguna compra para reclamar un premio de comida o bebida del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante. Para reclamar un premio de comida/bebida del juego Gane al instante en el restaurante, entregue la Pieza de juego original Gane al instante en el restaurante con el mensaje ganador antes de pedir el premio de comida/bebida indicado en un restaurante SUBWAY® participante antes de la hora de cierre del mismo el 18 de octubre de 2009. Las Piezas de juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante con mensajes ganadores de premio de comida/bebida podrán ser canjeados en un pedido futuro, pero no podrán ser canjeados para el pedido con el que se obtuvo dicha Pieza de juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante. La porción Gana al Instante en el Restaurante de la Pieza de Juego Oficial con mensajes ganadores de premio de comida/bebida deberán entregarse antes de realizar el pedido del premio de comida indicado. Las Piezas de Juego Oficiales con premios de Comida/Bebida no tienen valor en efectivo y no podrán aplicarse a pedidos ya realizados o compras anteriores. Las Piezas de Juego Oficiales deberán canjearse durante el horario de atención normal en el que se sirve la porción de menú indicada. Las Piezas de juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante no podrán utilizarse en combinación con ninguna otra oferta, promoción o descuento. Límite: un (1) canje de premio de comida o bebida de Pieza de juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante por persona elegible por visita. Para reclamar un premio del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante que no sea una porción de comida o bebida, ingrese su Código Único de Juego en línea en www.subwayfreshbuzz.com (si aún no se ha registrado, deberá hacerlo para poder reclamar su premio). Después de llenar y enviar la pantalla del formulario de reclamo, aparecerá un número de autorización (el cual también se le enviará automáticamente a la dirección electrónica que ingresó al momento de registrarse). Esto confirmará la validez de su Código Único de Juego, el premio ganado (sujeto a verificación y al cumplimiento del participante de estas Reglas oficiales) y la forma en que se concretará el premio. En caso que no tuviera acceso a Internet, podrá llamar al 1-800-873-0577 a más tardar a las 10:59:59 p. m. Hora del Centro, del 18 de octubre de 2009 (fin del Período de juego en línea). Usted recibirá instrucciones, ya sea en línea o por teléfono, sobre cómo reclamar un premio. Usted deberá entregar su Pieza de Juego Oficial Gana al Instante en el Restaurante para poder reclamar un premio del juego Gana al Instante en el Restaurante que no sea una porción de comida o bebida.
5.b. Premios del juego Gana al Instante en Línea: Después de que se ha llevado a cabo el proceso de verificación de cumplimiento de los requisitos del ganador, todos los premios con un valor igual o menor a $599 se enviarán por correo postal o electrónico (en el caso de premios MyCokeRewards.com o Club Pogo) a la dirección postal o electrónica del ganador, según se haya indicado en el formulario de registro en línea. Los ganadores potenciales de premios con un valor igual o mayor a $600 serán contactados por medio de un método de entrega rastreable con instrucciones sobre cómo reclamar el premio.
5.c. Premios del juego Colecciona y Gana: Después de que se ha llevado a cabo el proceso de verificación de cumplimiento de los requisitos del ganador, todos los premios con un valor igual o menor a $599 se enviarán por correo a la dirección postal del ganador, según se haya indicado en el formulario de registro en línea. Los ganadores potenciales de premios con un valor igual o mayor a $600 serán contactados por medio de un método de entrega rastreable con instrucciones sobre cómo reclamar el premio. Será necesario que todos los ganadores potenciales de los Premios Mayor, Primero, Segundo y Tercero del juego Colecciona y Gana envíen por correo (se recomienda correo certificado) las Piezas de juego Colecciona y Gana (los Códigos de Letra Sorpresa Oficiales son opcionales) que forman la Palabra Ganadora del premio que están reclamando a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 2009, junto con su nombre y dirección completa, número telefónico (incluyendo prefijo local) y fecha de nacimiento. Las Piezas de juego deberán ser enviadas por correo a SCRABBLE: SUBWAY® Game Piece verification, P.O Box 4001, South Bend, IN 46634-4001. Las pruebas de transmisión (impresiones de pantalla o capturas de juego, etc.) y/o envío no constituyen prueba de entrega/recepción. Los reclamos de premios deben ser recibidos a tiempo, ser legibles y por lo demás, cumplir con estas reglas para poder tener derecho al premio.
5.d Todos los Premios: Calcule de seis a ocho semanas (o más, para los premios del Toyota Prius) para la verificación y envío de su premio. El Patrocinador y las Entidades de la promoción no serán responsables por el retraso en la entrega de premios por causas que escapen a su control. Los premios sólo serán entregados a los ganadores cuya identidad se ha verificado. Los premios se entregarán sólo en las direcciones residenciales en Estados Unidos o en Washington, D.C. Los premios no se entregarán en casillas postales. No se entregarán los premios no reclamados.
Los premios con un valor mayor a $600 ganados por participantes que cumplen con los requisitos, pero que son considerados menores de edad en los estados donde residen, serán otorgados a un padre o tutor legal, quien deberá firmar y devolver toda la documentación necesaria que se especifica aquí y, además, cumplir con todos los requerimientos impuestos sobre el ganador y que se estipulan en estas reglas. Si se comprueba que un ganador potencial no reúne los requisitos como tal, o si éste rechaza un premio, o si el Patrocinador no puede contactarse con un ganador potencial, o en el caso que se devuelva una confirmación de premio o un premio por no haber podido ser entregado, se perderá el derecho al premio. Antes de ser declarado ganador, se pedirá al ganador potencial (o a su padre/tutor legal, si corresponde) que llene y devuelva una Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad/Renuncia de responsabilidad y publicidad (Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release) y un formulario IRS W-9 dentro de los siete (7) días laborables contados a partir del momento en que se considera que el Patrocinador o su representante lo ha enviado (fecha del matasellos), o de lo contrario, se perderá el derecho al premio. Los impuestos que correspondan, así como cualquier otro costo y gasto relacionado con la aceptación y uso del premio y que no se especifiquen aquí como cubiertos, serán exclusivamente de responsabilidad del ganador.
TODOS LOS GANADORES: Al aceptar un premio, los ganadores autorizan el uso de sus nombres, direcciones, voces y declaraciones relacionadas con la Promoción o Patrocinador o Entidades de la promoción, y fotografías u otra imagen, sin otra compensación, notificación o permiso, en cualquier publicidad o propaganda realizada por el Patrocinador o cualquier organización relacionada, en todos y cada uno de los medios de comunicación conocidos actualmente o a desarrollarse en el futuro sin límite geográfico ni de tiempo, con excepción del lugar donde lo prohíbe la ley.
CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN:
6. Al participar, los participantes: (i) aceptan el cumplimiento de estas Reglas oficiales, incluyendo todos los requisitos necesarios y, (ii) aceptan someterse a las decisiones del Patrocinador y/o jueces de la promoción, tomadas a su entera discreción, las cuales serán finales y vinculantes con relación a esta Promoción. Los participantes que no han cumplido con estas Reglas oficiales estarán sujetos a descalificación.
7. El Patrocinador no es responsable por correspondencia o solicitudes tardías, extraviadas, dañadas, robadas, enviadas por equivocación, mutiladas, confusas, ilegibles o sin franqueo. Las pruebas de transmisión (impresiones de pantalla o capturas de juego, etc.) y/o envío no constituyen prueba de entrega. Todas las participaciones son propiedad del Patrocinador y en ningún caso serán devueltas al remitente.
8. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a descalificar a cualquier participante (y anular todas las participaciones relacionadas con éste, así como su derecho a cualquier premio) si, a entera discreción del Patrocinador, determina o sospecha que el participante ha tratado de perjudicar el desarrollo legítimo de la Promoción haciendo trampa, pirateando, engañando o realizando alguna otra práctica de juego fraudulenta, engañosa o desleal (incluyendo participaciones generadas por script, macro, medios robóticos, programados o cualquier otro medio automatizado).
9. Como condición de su participación, los participantes (o su padre o tutor legal en caso de que sea menor de edad), aceptan: (a) librar al Patrocinador y las Entidades de la promoción, y cada uno de sus funcionarios, directores, empleados y agentes, de cualquier responsabilidad, pérdida o daño incurrido con relación a la participación en la Promoción o entrega, recepción, posesión y/o uso o mal uso de cualquier premio, incluyendo cualquier viaje relacionado con ese fin; (b) que bajo ninguna circunstancia, se permitirá que el participante obtenga asignaciones, y por medio de la presente, el participante renuncia a cualquier derecho a reclamar por daños punitivos, incidentales o emergentes o de cualquier otro tipo, con excepción de los gastos reales por cuenta propia; (c) que todas las causas de acción que resulten de esta Promoción o estén relacionadas con ella, o cualquier premio otorgado, será resueltas de manera individual, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de demanda colectiva; y (d) todos y cada uno de los reclamos, cálculos y asignaciones se limitarán a los costos reales incurridos por cuenta propia, con excepción de los honorarios de los abogados y los costos del tribunal.
OPERACIÓN DE LA PROMOCIÓN:
10. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, de cancelar, modificar o suspender esta Promoción en cualquier momento, en el caso de que la administración, seguridad, integridad o el adecuado desarrollo de la Promoción se vea afectado por fraude, fallas técnicas, incluyendo falla del servidor de red o hardware, virus, bugs, errores de programación o cualquier otro error o causa.
11. El Patrocinador y las Entidades de la promoción no garantizan que el acceso a la Promoción sea ininterrumpido. El Patrocinador y las Entidades de la promoción no son responsables por los problemas que puedan surgir, incluyendo, entre otros: (a) redes, servidores, satélites, Proveedores de Internet, Sitios Web extraviados, interrumpidos, inaccesibles o no disponibles, u otros problemas de conexión, disponibilidad o accesibilidad que surjan con relación a la Promoción o en el transcurso de la misma; o (b) comunicaciones fallidas, cruzadas, codificadas, retrasadas o transmisiones por computadora, teléfono o cable mal direccionadas o mal funcionamiento, fallas o dificultades en el hardware o software; o (c) falla de computadoras personales y/o configuraciones de software y/o hardware, cualquier mal funcionamiento técnico, falla o dificultad, errores de impresión, administrativos, tipográficos u otro error en el ofrecimiento o anuncio de algún premio o documentos de notificación de premios; o (d) por cualquier otro error de cualquier tipo relacionado o en conexión con la Promoción, ya sea humano, mecánico, administrativo, electrónico o de naturaleza técnica; o (e) la captura incorrecta o inexacta de información, o la falla para capturar cualquier información en conexión con la Promoción; o (f) daño al sistema de un usuario ocasionado por la participación en esta Promoción o la descarga de cualquier información necesaria para participar en esta Promoción.
ACLARACIONES:
12. Cualquier intento por parte de un participante o cualquier otro individuo, de dañar de manera intencional cualquier sitio web o perjudicar la operación legítima de esta Promoción, incluyendo entre otros, reclamos fraudulentos, es una violación a las leyes penales y civiles. Si dicho intento se realizara, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a iniciar acciones legales y entablar demanda por daños y perjuicios contra dicho individuo, al máximo grado permitido por la ley, incluyendo proceso judicial. Los participantes que se involucren en cualquiera de las actividades anteriores, podrían ser descalificados y perderán cualquier premio ganado.
13. Si surge una disputa relativa a los premios ganados con relación a la porción en línea de la Promoción, se evaluará una combinación de factores para determinar si usted es en realidad elegible para ganar un premio, incluyendo: (a) el Recibo de juego y/o número de autorización y se revisarán sus correspondientes datos de juego en la base de datos de la Promoción para determinar la legitimidad del reclamo; (b) Se consultará a los jueces de la Promoción para comparar los datos de juego pregenerados con los datos de juego que usted está presentando o que ha generado. Tanto para las porciones en línea como en el restaurante de la promoción, al final serán los resultados del análisis de los jueces de la Promoción los que determinarán el derecho que usted tiene a cualquier premio. La revisión de cualquier disputa de ese tipo se iniciará luego de transcurridas dos semanas desde la fecha de finalización de la Promoción señalada aquí. Tanto para las porciones en línea como en el restaurante de la promoción, en el caso que el análisis de los jueces de la Promoción revele que los reclamos de premios válidos son mayores al número de premios disponibles que se indican en estas Reglas oficiales, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a realizar un sorteo al azar entre todos quienes reclaman un premio y que cumplen con los requisitos y cuyos reclamos no se hayan atendido, para otorgar el número restante de premios publicitados en la categoría del premio en cuestión. Tanto para las porciones en línea como en el restaurante de la promoción, se dejará de otorgar premios en el caso que el Patrocinador se percate de un error (incluyendo, entre otros, errores de impresión o técnicos) con relación al número de premios. En ningún caso, el Patrocinador será responsable de un número de premios mayor que el establecido y disponible en la categoría del premio en cuestión.
14. 14. Con excepción de aquellos lugares donde esté prohibido por ley, como condición para participar en esta Promoción, el participante acepta que (a) todas y cada una de las disputas y causas de acción que surjan como consecuencia de esta Promoción o que estén relacionadas con ella, o cualquier premio otorgado, se resolverán exclusivamente por arbitraje final y vinculante bajo las reglas de la Asociación Norteamericana de Arbitraje (American Arbitration Association, “AAA”), el cual se realizará en la oficina regional de la AAA más cercana al participante; (b) la Ley Federal de Arbitraje regulará la interpretación, aplicación y todas las acciones en dicho arbitraje; y (c) el fallo sobre dicho laudo arbitral podrá ingresarse a cualquier tribunal que tenga jurisdicción. Por la presente, se solicita al árbitro de la AAA dar la debida consideración a las provisiones de renuncia de honorarios de la AAA, si corresponde, a la luz de la situación económica del solicitante.
15. En el caso de cualquier conflicto con los detalles de la Promoción contenidos en estas Reglas oficiales y los detalles de la Promoción contenidos en los materiales de Promoción (incluyendo, entre otros, publicidad en puntos de venta, televisión y publicidad impresa, empaques promocionales y otros medios de promoción), prevalecerán los detalles de la Promoción que se estipulan en estas Reglas oficiales.
16. Todos los asuntos y cuestiones relacionadas con la elaboración, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de estas Reglas oficiales, o los derechos y obligaciones del participante y Patrocinador con relación a la Promoción, estarán regidos por las leyes sustantivas del Estado de Connecticut y serán interpretados de acuerdo a ellas, sin considerar los conflictos de principios legales de Connecticut. En particular, los empleados del Patrocinador no están autorizados a renunciar, modificar o enmendar ninguna disposición o disposiciones de estas Reglas oficiales de forma alguna.
